The public's need for printing drives the development of the printing or digital printing business to be more rapid. Duta Printing & Copy is a business in the field of printing and photocopying services, duct tape binding, softcover, hardcover, spiral, and booklets. This business still provides services manually by writing customer orders on notes which takes a long time. Then information about orders that have been paid or not paid is not available, so this business cannot find out which orders have not been paid. With the existence of a web-based printing ordering information system with a MySql database, the ordering process becomes fast and efficient, this system allows for more efficient operations, and improves service quality. Implementation of a web-based system is a strategic step to support the printing business in the digital era.
