Abstract

This study analyzes the development and productivity of publications related to the application of AI and ML in the halal food industry. Data were collected from Scopus with relevant keywords, then analyzed using quantitative methods with bibliometric analysis. From 101 documents exported in CSV format, the data were processed using the R Program (Biblioshiny) and VOSviewer. The analysis included sources, authors, document types, and keyword networks. The results show collaboration patterns, publication trends, and the contribution of AI and ML in the development of the halal food industry, which continues to grow and opens up opportunities for further research that is more in-depth and applicable.
