Abstract

This research has a related aim to determine the development map of the scientific publication "Application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the E-Commerce Services Industry" which was carried out using the Scopus database using the keywords "artificial intelligence", "machine learning", "E-Commerce". In this research, researchers used quantitative methods using bibliometric analysis. Based on the search results, researchers found 2,715 scientific work documents which were then exported in CSV format, so that they could be processed using R- Packages and WebInterface Biblioshiny software. The results we found were scientific publications containing the Application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. in the E-Commerce Services Industry has been done a lot as the years go by. This is of course very useful for research that will be carried out in the future as a reference in conducting research related to the Application of AI and ML in the E-Commerce Services Industry.
