Abstract

This research aims to provide understanding, knowledge and test the influence of job insecurity, work family conflict, and perceptions of organizational justice on work productivity. The data collection technique in this research refers to primary data, where data is taken directly at the location where the respondent is located, who is the target of this research. To test the hypothesis using SPSS version 2023 tools. The results of research conducted by researchers show that the variables Job Insecurity, Work Family Conflict and Perception of Organizational Justice have a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity variable.
