This study examines the relationship between peer social support and learning motivation among students at SMA X Sidoarjo using a quantitative approach. The population consists of 730 students, with a sample of 252 selected through stratified random sampling based on the Isaac Michael table (5% margin of error). The research employs a Likert-scale psychological instrument measuring peer social support and learning motivation, with response options ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson product-moment correlation. The results show a significant positive relationship between peer social support and learning motivation (r = 0.14, p = 0.023). This suggests that students with higher peer social support tend to have higher learning motivation. The findings highlight the crucial role of peer support in enhancing student motivation, emphasizing the need for fostering supportive peer environments in educational settings.
