Design of Integrated Information System Based on for Digital Transformation of Public Services in Watesnegoro Village

Watesnegoro Village faces public service constraints due to an inefficient manual administration
system, such as long lines and poorly organized data management. This research aims to design and implement a website-based information system to improve the efficiency, transparency and accessibility of public services. The system offers excellent features, such as real-time services for online administrative service submission, integrated population data management, and interactive dashboards for regular and transparent village information delivery. Data analysis features are also provided to support village officials in making data-based decisions. Black-box testing shows that the system runs as needed, improves administrative efficiency, speeds up service time, and minimizes data management errors. With the implementation of this technology, village services become faster, more transparent, and satisfying, contributing significantly to improving the quality of public services.
