in this study aims to examine the effect of internal communication, motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kimia Farma ub Sidoarjo. this study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 61 employees. sampling through purposive sampling. according to the results of the study it was found: internal communication has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. motivation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. work environment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. and internal communication, motivation, work environment together have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction
