The development of information and communication technology has driven efficiency in various fields, including financial management for community organizations such as Rukun Tetangga (RT). However, RT financial management still faces challenges, such as time-consuming manual recording and lack of transparency. This study aims to develop a web-based financial information system to support online RT fee payments. The system is designed using the CodeIgniter 4 framework and MySQL database , featuring fee recording, financial reports, and a payment gateway. The Extreme Programming (XP) method is applied in its development to provide greater flexibility and efficiency compared to previous methods. With this approach, the system is expected to improve speed, transparency, and convenience in RT financial management.
