Sumber Rezeki is an industry that focuses on the production of crackers. The problem faced by UD. Sumber Rezeki is that the capacity of the raw material warehouse and the finished material warehouse is insufficient due to an increase in production volume from 4 tons per day to 6 tons per day, therefore an expansion of the area and the addition of departments are needed. The purpose of this research is to improve operational efficiency between areas and optimize UD factory relayout. Sumber Rezeki. The methods used are Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Blocplan. By using these methods, the most efficient layout proposal from Blocplan is obtained with an adj score of 0.68 and an r-score of 0.77.
