Abstract

Kedungbanteng Village in Tanggulangin Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, is a flood-prone area due to its lowland geography and proximity to major rivers such as the Brantas and Porong Rivers, with floods occurring annually, including a 30 cm flood in February 2024. To improve flood mitigation, this research developed an early warning system utilizing the ESP32-CAM microcontroller, ultrasonic sensors, and cameras to detect water levels in real-time, processed using fuzzy logic to enhance measurement accuracy. The system activates indicator lights, alarms, and sends information to the Telegram application when water levels reach a critical threshold, aiming to provide timely and accurate information to the community to take preventive measures and reduce the impact of flooding
