Abstract

In every work process in the Transit Warehouse, work accidents often occur such as bruised hands due to being caught by heavy spare parts and wounds on the hands due to being scratched by spare parts caused by workers not complying with SOPs and not using PPE. So it is necessary to carry out risk control to prevent work accidents. The purpose of the study was to identify risk factors, determine the level of risk, and determine the right risk control proposal strategy and. The results obtained were 19 risks in the low category and 3 risks in the moderate category. The proposed control strategy was carried out by ensuring that PPE stock was always available, requiring workers to always wear PPE, reminding workers to comply with SOPs and more supervision on jobs that have a high chance of work accidents
