Abstract

This study examines the strategic role of Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah (PRM) Wage in driving educational innovation at SD Muhammadiyah 3 IKROM Wage, Sidoarjo. PRM Wage integrates Islamic values with technology through holistic leadership to support students’ academic and moral development. Using qualitative methods such as interviews, observations, and document analysis, the research identifies PRM Wage’s contributions in human resource development, infrastructure, financial management, and technology integration. Key findings include improved teacher competencies, modernized learning environments, and the implementation of the Smart School System (S3). These efforts reflect Transformational, Servant, and Authentic Leadership theories, highlighting PRM Wage’s commitment to sustainable and competitive education. The study underscores the importance of community-based management in fostering educational innovation and serves as a reference for other Muhammadiyah branches to enhance education quality in Indonesia.
