This study explores strategic management at Al Falah Darussalam Tropodo Educational Institution (LPFDT), highlighting successes and challenges. LPFDT integrates vision-based planning, resource optimization, and continuous evaluation. However, challenges include curriculum stagnation, teacher competency gaps, infrastructure limitations, and uncoordinated evaluations. Additional obstacles are resistance to change, budget constraints, and weak stakeholder synergy. Using a qualitative case study with observations, interviews, and document analysis, data were examined through the Miles and Huberman framework. Findings show LPFDT’s holistic approach, involving all stakeholders in vision formulation, goal setting, and structured implementation. Strategic evaluation ensures effectiveness and adaptability to global standards. This study underscores the need for collaborative and innovative strategies to overcome systemic challenges.
