KBIH Jabal Nur is a hajj and umrah counseling institution under the auspices of the Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Regional Government located in the Sidoarjo Regency area. Currently, institutions that manage hajj and umrah have many enthusiasts among the community because they offer all kinds of package facilities according to the economic conditions of the congregation. KBIH Jabal Nur experiences obstacles in managing pilgrim data due to the increasing number of hajj and umrah registrants every year which has an impact on marketing efficiency and development strategies. Therefore, this study aims to group data on the areas of hajj pilgrims registered at KBIH Jabal Nur based on hajj pilgrim registrants in 2011-2024. The method used in this study is K-means which groups regions into two categories, namely the largest area and the lowest area. It was evaluated using the Elbow Method to find the best k with the result k = 2.
