Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and ascertain the effects of job satisfaction, self-efficacy, and employee commitment on employee performance at PT. Natura Plastindo Pasuruan Regency. This study's research methodology is quantitative in nature. Employees made up the study's population PT. Natura Plastindo Pasuruan Regency. All sampling approaches were used to obtain this data. The research sample consisted of fifty-four employees. The data were analyzed using a statistical approach and quantitative data analysis tools. Descriptive analysis, T, F tests, and multivariate linear regression in addition to testing the hypothesis with IBM SPSS 25 software, are statistical test techniques used. The partial test results state that each employee's commitment, self- efficacy, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The simultaneous results also state that employee commitment, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
