Abstract

This research aims to identify marketing innovations, strategies to face competitive challenges and evaluate marketing effectiveness in increasing PPDB at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using the miles hubberman and saldana model. From the data analysis conducted, the following results were obtained: Forms of marketing innovation include the use of social media, offering superior programs such as CIP and TPQ Madin, and the “One Day One Service” registration system. Strategies to face challenges are carried out in the form of improving the quality of human resources, branding schools, and building effective communication. The marketing innovations and strategies carried out are able to improve school rankings and school competitiveness, this is evident from the increase in the number of new students in the last 4 years from the 2021/2022 to 2024/2025 academic years.
