Urgensi Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan di Madrasah

Education equips individuals with skills and knowledge to navigate modern challenges. Madrasahs, as Islamic educational institutions, integrate general and religious education to produce graduates with strong academic and moral qualities. However, many madrasahs face challenges in meeting the National Education Standards (SNP) due to inadequate facilities, suboptimal learning quality, and limited human resource preparedness in implementing the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS). This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, analyzing articles from 2020–2024 from platforms like Google Scholar and Scopus. The findings highlight IQAS as crucial for achieving SNP, fostering systematic improvements in curriculum, teaching methods, and staff performance. Implementing models such as Total Quality Management and the EFQM framework supports quality management, enhancing teacher professionalism and student outcomes while building a sustainable culture of quality in madrasahs.
