PT. Albi Jaya Persada (PT. AJP) is a private company engaged in the construction sector. The success of a project is not only measured by its duration or the final outcome, but also by other factors, such as progress reporting or the percentage of the project. The current system at PT. Albi Jaya Persada has several issues. The first problem often encountered is the relatively distant project locations, which causes delays in information. The second issue is that project managers must visit the project site to verify whether the information provided by the field implementers is accurate or not. Sometimes, field implementers report that the activities have reached the expected level of progress, but in reality, this is not the case. Additionally, project managers often do not have the time to visit and see the actual situation due to the numerous activities they need to complete, making decision-making difficult.
