This study aims to identify the influence of Green Transformational Leadership, Green Organizational Culture, and job satisfaction on Employee Green Behavior at PT "X". This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study includes all employees at PT "X", totaling 79 people. They were made respondents using a non-probability sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires with measurements using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22. The results of the study indicate that Green Transformational Leadership has a significant positive influence on Employee Green Behavior, Green Organizational Culture also has a significant positive influence on Employee Green Behavior, and job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Employee Green Behavior.
