Abstract

This research is to determine employee empowerment as an effort to increase company quality. The aim is to analyze W. Edwards Deming's HR Management Theory in the Modernization Transformation of PT. KAI in the Ignasiun Jonan era. The method in this research uses qualitative methods with primary and secondary data sources using data analysis techniques including testing combination techniques in data analysis, namely the literature review method and rational approach. In implementing the PDCA cycle and creating a supportive work environment, PT. KAI is able to respond better to market changes and customer needs. From these results, innovative initiatives that emerge from empowered employees become the main driver in the company's development. Overall, employee empowerment at PT. KAI not only improves performance and efficiency but also creates a strong foundation for long-term sustainability and growth.
