This study aims to design and build a web-based reservation system at Cafe Gartenhutte using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. This system is designed to improve customer efficiency and convenience in making reservations, as well as provide a better user experience. The development process includes collecting user needs through interviews and surveys, designing an intuitive interface, and usability testing to ensure the system meets user expectations. The result of this study is a web application that allows customers to make reservations online, manage schedules, and receive reservation confirmations, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and cafe operational productivity.
