Freshwater crayfish is one of the consumer shrimp products. Little is known to the general public at this time that crayfish are also a type of ornamental shrimp. However, many people are more familiar with edible crayfish than ornamental crayfish, but many sellers in the market sell them with poor or substandard quality, ranging from size to weight. Therefore we need an accurate system to determine quality by using fuzzy logic. This research is included in the field observation research, the researcher immediately came to the location to observe and ask questions directly that had been prepared by the researcher beforehand. The results in this study that the system can categorize the quality of shrimp properly. Fuzzy algorithms can categorize the size, age and weight of lobsters and can be converted
into quality categories.
