In the rapidly advancing digital age, computing technology has dramatically influenced various aspects of life, including education. Educational institutions face significant challenges in effectively managing and monitoring student behavior, particularly in handling rule violations. The adoption of web-based systems for managing student violations offers a promising solution to improve the efficiency and accuracy of recording and supervision processes. Additionally, integrating notification systems such as WhatsApp can expedite communication between schools and parents, enabling timely responses to student misconduct. However, many schools still rely on manual or semi-digital approaches, which are prone to errors and delays. This study proposes the design and development of a web-based application for managing student violations, integrated with real-time WhatsApp notifications. By employing the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, this research aims to deliver a system that is adaptable to changing requirements and supports rapid iterations.
