This research aims to look at the strategy of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in developing tourist villages in Taman Ghanjaran Tourism, Ketapanrame Village, Trawas District. With informants, namely the Head of Ketapanrame Village, Director of BUMDes Mutiara Welirang and tourists at Ghanjaran Park. a) the organizational strategy and objectives of BUMDes Mutiara Welirang are generally to improve the economy of village communities by exploring the potential to be utilized and opening entrepreneurial patterns in village communities, b) the program strategy, namely Ghanjaran Park Tourism, which is managed by BUMDes under the tourism unit This was developed through an investment program for the Ketapanrame Village community and utilizing promotional media, c) Resource support strategy, in increasing knowledge and skills for management and development of business units, BUMDes Mutiara Welirang collaborating with the district government, private sector and academics, d) in the institutional strategy, the BUMDes Mutiara Welirang structure is running properly.
