Data collection in this study aims to determine the influence and how much influence the problem based learning model has on mathematics learning outcomes at SDN Cemengkalang through spatial structures. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Pre-experimental method using one group pretest-posttest design. The sample representing the population in this study was 23 students of class V of SDN Cemengkalang. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection in this study was by using multiple-choice pretest and posttest question sheets. The results of the test showed an increase, with an average increase in the pretest and posttest of 27.83. This indicates that the guided inquiry learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes on the learning materials provided.
