The Design of a Web-Based Car Rental Application Using the Agile Scrum Method

In the digital era, the demand for easy and efficient access is increasing, including in the car rental industry. The development of a web-based car rental application has become an effective solution to meet consumers' needs for fast and practical services. This industry has experienced rapid growth, driven by increased mobility, economic growth, and the need for transportation flexibility. This study aims to develop a web-based car rental application using the Agile Scrum methodology, which is considered superior to previous methods. Laravel was chosen as the framework to support the efficient and structured development of the application. The combination of Agile Scrum and Laravel is expected to produce an application that simplifies administrative management, penalty implementation, and the booking of multiple cars by a single user account.
