This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, loyalty, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Halim Jaya Sakti 3. This study uses quantitative research with primary data sources. The sample used in this study was 100 employees at PT. Halim Jaya Sakti 3. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS statistical software version 22.0. The results of this study prove that the role of work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Halim Jaya Sakti 3. Loyalty affects employee performance at PT. Halim Jaya Sakti 3. Motivation affects employee performance at PT. Halim Jaya Sakti 3. Thus, it can be concluded that work discipline, loyalty, and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Halim Jaya Sakti 3
