White turi leaves (Sesbania grandiflora (L) Pers.) is a plant that has the potential as a natural antioxidant and white turi leaves also have the potential to protect liver function due to the administration of toxic substances from paracetamol, which is then carried out with SGOT and SGPT tests to determine enzyme levels in the organ. rat liver and antioxidant test as an antidote to free radicals. Data analysis on MDA levels during adaptation used the Mann-Whitney test, with results of no significant effect (p=0.076) between the two groups being compared. For paracetamol MDA levels, all treatments used the One Way Anova test, with results of no significant effect (p=0.970) between treatment groups. The MDA levels of extracts for all treatments, with the results that there was no significant effect (p=0.945) between treatment groups.
