The research carried out aims to determine management and marketing strategies in increasing profits of the CV Prima Selindo Engineering company. This research uses qualitative methods. The population in this research includes main managers, deputy managers, financial managers, admin, warehouse heads, marketing experts, CV Prima Sealindo Engineering employees, and consumers. The data analysis method uses SWOT analysis by determining the EFAS and IFAS matrices. This research collects data by observing the place to be studied, namely CV. Prima Sealindo engineering. Then conduct an interview using a structured interview technique where a structured interview is an interview method that refers to a series of questions that have been prepared because the researcher will conduct the interview according to the questions that have been presented by the researcher according to what is being researched. Furthermore, using documentation techniques in the interview process between researchers and resource persons.
