The aim of this research to analyze BUMDes Kerto Emas improves the economy Kedungwonokwerto Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Miles Huberman's 1994 Interactive Model uses data analysis, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results is Cooperative indicators have been implemented by BUMDes of Kedungwonokerto Village collaboration with several MSME. BUMDes Kerto Emas still does not receive participation from the community, the Kerto Emas Culinary Center business unit with six food stalls, three of which are not native residents of Kedungwonokerto village. Emancipation of BUMDes Kerto Emas has realized by involving small business. BUMDes Kerto Emas has implemented transparency indicators by submitting accountability reports. Accountability Indicators, Village Government and Head of BUMDes have maximum efforts to carry out their duties to develop BUMDes. Sustainability indicators have not yet been achieved, additional products to be displayed on the menu of Kerto Emas website.
