Abstract

Business people must be able to adapt to all situations, adaptive strategies are plans and actions taken in responding to and facing various internal and external problems. This study aims to analyze the application of adaptive strategies in the "Kefi" Coffee Shop in terms of product quality, service quality and facilities in the implementation of the new normal era in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is qualitative method, using interviews, documentation and observation as data collection, research location. The focus of this research is to analyze the adaptive strategies carried out by Coffee shop "Kefi with SWOT Analysis.
