This research evaluates the impact of work motivation, compensation and work discipline on the performance of civil servant teachers in Sidoarjo District. Using a total sampling of 118 PNS teachers and quantitative methods, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, including standard assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The results show that fair compensation and good work discipline significantly improve teacher performance. In conclusion, work motivation, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance in Sidoarjo District.
