This academic manuscript aims to draft the Village Regulation of Ploso, Wonoayu Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, focusing on Village Revenue, Public Order, and Environmental Security. A qualitative method was employed with a normative juridical approach to the existing regulations. The research results indicate that the current village regulations are inadequate to address the social, economic, and technological challenges in Ploso Village. Therefore, regulatory updates are necessary to optimize the management of public order, security, and village revenue. These updates are expected to improve the quality of life for the residents of Ploso Village by enhancing sustainable public order, security, and welfare.
