This study aimed to evaluate the interaction between urea fertilizer and cow manure on the growth and yield of mustard plants (Brassica juncea L.). The research was conducted on the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo's land, located in Graha Pesona Modong Housing, Tulangan, Sidoarjo. A Randomized Block Design (RBD) was employed, consisting of two factors: the dose of cow manure with three levels (1 t/ha = K1, 1.5 t/ha = K2, 2 t/ha = K3) and urea fertilizer treatment with two levels (75 kg/ha = U1, 100 kg/ha = U2). Observation parameters included plant height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight, and harvest index. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, followed by the Honest Significant Difference (HSD) test for significant results. The study found that the combination of cow manure and urea significantly affected plant height at 21 days after planting, leaf number at 28 days, and wet weight.
