Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Customer Relationship Management, Social Media Marketing and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty in Brilliant Psychology Surabaya. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. This study uses probability sampling followed by purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Respondents studied were 67 respondents with data collection in the form of questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple liniar regression analysis using the SPSS Statistics 22. The results of this study show that customer relationship management has an influence on customer loyalty, social media marketing has an effect on customer loyalty, and brand image has an influence on customer loyalty Brilian Psychology Surabaya.
