Management of BUMDes PUJA BERSINAR Jambangan Village In Sidoarjo Regency

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the management of BUMDes Puja Bersinar in Jambangan Village in Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The technique for determining informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection techniques, data reduction techniques, data presentation techniques, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of this research show that from a planning aspect it is optimal because it meets the needs of the people of Jambangan Village. The organizational aspect shows that it is optimal, but recruitment does not comply with standards or stages. The implementation aspect is less than optimal due to the lack of consistency in running the business so that there is no business development. The supervision aspect is optimal, namely that supervision has been carried out by village institutions and the community.
