The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the implementation of the Village Government Work Plan (RKP) for Development in Kedungrejo Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. Observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques using primary and secondary data types. The results of the research show that: First, communication indicators were carried out by the Kedungrejo Village government by holding outreach which was attended by the Village Government, PBD, Community Leaders, Citizen Leaders, Karang Taruna Representatives and PKK Representatives. Second, the resource indicators have been managed well and in accordance with the infrastructure development priorities that have been agreed in the RKP of Kedungrejo Village. Third, the disposition indicator is that the Kedungrejo Village Government has carried out supervision and supervision of infrastructure development until completion. Fourth, an indicator of the bureaucratic structure where the Village Government as the policy implementer always implements the policy well.
