This study aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of Direct Cash Assistance from Village Funds (BLT
DD) in Gelam Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources used in
this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that, from the communication dimension, the Gelam Village Government has made significant efforts in transmitting information related to BLT DD in the form of village deliberations. Improve the clarity of information, especially in terms of beneficiary criteria. Consistency in procedures and requirements for disbursement of funds has also been well maintained. From the resource dimension, the results show that human resources, budget, information and authority and facilities have been adequately available to support the implementation of this BLT DD program, but in terms of budget there are still obstacles in terms of disbursement of funds.
