This research aims to analyse the role of posyandu in reducing stunting in Wunut Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with an approach throughobservation and interview s and using primary and secondary data types. The results showed that the role of posyandu in reducing stunting in Wunut Village, including the role as a motivator that posyandu has tried to invite, direct and foster the desire of the community to attend posyandu activities regularly as an effort to reduce stunting in Wunut Village. The role of posyandu as a facilitator is as human resources, budget, and facilities that provide basic health services that are easily accessible to the community, including growth monitoring, immunisation, and health consultation, the role of posyandu as a mobiliser is as a driver through program innovation that creates an environment that supports children's health, ensures they get adequate nutrition, and optimal growth and development
