This research aims to determine the role of posyandu cadres in reducing stunting rates in Durungbanjar Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency.The results of this (1) In the Predisposing Factor, the activity of posyandu cadres in dealing with stunting is by carrying out posyandu activities according to a regular schedule. (2) Enabling factors in posyandu activities include improving nutrition and health. (3) Reenforcing Factor by providing maximum service to participants. Then the programs implemented to deal with stunting include providing supplementary food (PMT), providing vitamin A to accompany breast milk, providing blood supplement tablets (TTD) for pregnant women, complete basic immunization, monitoring the growth of toddlers and environmental sanitation. In carrying out their role, posyandu cadres also receive support from both health workers and local village officials.
