The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance which is mediated by occupational health and safetiy at the PT health drink factory. A B C. The population of this research is all employees who work at the company, totaling 132 employees. In this research, the sampling technique was carred out in a slovin manner, data collection was carred out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires then the data analysis used was path analysis. The results of this research show that theire is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture variables on employee periformance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significiant effect on employee performance variables. Organizatiional culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on Occupational Health and Safety. And Occupational Health and Safety hais a significant effect on employee performancie. Furtherimore, it is also known that Occupational Health and Safety is able to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.
