A Study of Quranic Education in Shaping the Religious Character of Students at Wali Barokah Islamic Boarding School

This study aims to analyze the Quranic education at Pondok Wali Barokah in shaping the religious character of the students. The primary focus of the research is on how Quranic teaching methods can facilitate students in understanding the Quranic content and applying it in their daily lives, enabling them to make positive contributions to society. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a narrative approach. Data collection is carried out through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, direct field observations, and a narrative approach with the students. The collected data is then reduced to identify key themes and analyzed qualitatively. The results indicate that the Quranic teaching methods implemented at Pondok Wali Barokah are effective in shaping the religious character of the students, who not only understand the Quran textually but also apply it in their daily lives.
