Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor that develops in the cervix. This type of cervical cancer can be prevented with regular early detection, new cases of cervical cancer were 36,633 cases or 9.2% in Indonesia. from (RSUPN) Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta as many as 94% of cervical cancer patients died within 2 years. from the Surabaya Health Office in 2020 were 279 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the knowledge of women of childbearing age and the attitude of early detection of cervical cancer. This research was conducted at the Mutiara Delta Clinic using a cross-sectional method. Using purposive sampling of 30 respondents. Chi-square statistical test with SPSS. bivariant chi-square test knowledge on early detection of cervical cancer gave a p-value of 0.022 (p<0.05). This study shows that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitude towards early detection of cervical cancer in respondents.
