Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of Population Administration Services Using the Plavon Dukcapil Application in Dukuhsari Village. namely the first indicator of physical evidence (tangibles) where the Dukuhsari Village government has provided facilities and infrastructure that support population administration services through dukcapil plavon.  Second, on the reliability indicator, Dukuhsari Village employees have provided services in accordance with the needs of residents, especially in population administration services. Third, in the responsiveness indicator, Dukuhsari Village Government employees have provided services in accordance with community needs, especially population administration services. Fourth, in the assurance indicator, the Dukuhsari Village Government has carried out population administration services politely and courteously. All residents who come to the Dukuhsari Village Office and need services, especially population administration services, are all served well according to their needs. Fifth, in the Empathy indicator, Dukuhsari Village Government employees have served every population administration need of Dukuhsari Village residents.
