This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the Electronic Official Document Arrangement through E Buddy in Panggreh Village, Jabon Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency.The results of the e-buddy implementation review according to George Edward III are as follows: 1) Communication has been carried out, but there are still instances of official documents being sent via WhatsApp under the consistency sub-indicator. 2) Resources, in this indicator, some village officials still do not consistently master E Buddy. 3) Disposition, the appointment of dedicated personnel, improvements in evaluation, and the provision of incentives are necessary to enhance effectiveness and motivation in policy implementation. 4) Bureaucratic structure, in this indicator, the Panggreh Village Government is in accordance with Sidoarjo Regent Regulation Number 30 of 2020 concerning Electronic Official Document Applications
