Social media marketing is a marketing activity using social networks to persuade customers regarding the products or services being marketed. This research aims to find out the social media marketing used on the Instagram account @facetologyofficial. This research method using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation. Analysis techniques data using social media marketing theory to answer research questions. The results of this research show that Facetology has used social marketing media by applying the 4Cs, namely context, communication, collaboration, and connection. 1.) Context, Facetology provides a consistent and uniform visual context to its Instagram feed posts. 2.) Communication, Facetology conveys information through uploading photos and videos, especially the story feature in the form of reviews product. 3.) Collaboration, Facetology works with influencers through endorsements to expand market reach and increase consumer confidence in Facetology products. 4.) Connection, Facetology successfully maintain good relationships with customers.
