Abstract

Lemujut Village, Krembung District together with the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sidoarjo Regency issued a new breakthrough in public services, especially in population administration and civil registration services by issuing the Online Service (Plavon) application. In accordance with the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Plavon application in improving the quality of service in Lemujut Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency, it can be concluded by reviewing 5 elements, namely Productivity, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Adaptation to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the Dukcapil Service Via Online (PLAVON) in Lemujut Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the 5 elements of Dukcapil Online (PLAVON) services in Lemujut Village, Krembung District is still not running optimally, this is due to the lack of socialization to the community.
