The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between work-life balance and social support and work productivity adaptation in the sandwich generation. This research uses a correlational quantitative method with a sample size of 110 sandwich generation respondents. This research uses a Non Probability Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling type. The measuring instruments used are the Work-Life Balance (WLB) Scale, The Social Provision scale measuring instrument, work productivity is measured using efficiency adaptation indicators, actual effects and work quality. This research uses multiple correlation techniques with the help of SPSS statistics 25.0. The results obtained show that there is a relationship between work-life balance and work productivity and there is a relationship between social support and work productivity. It can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a significant relationship between work-life balance and social support and work productivity in the sandwich generation.
