PT XYZ is a company that produces calciboard. The main raw material, namely pulp, is a problem faced by the company. Therefore, this research has the aim of selecting priority raw material suppliers to meet the raw material needs of the company. using the Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (Topsis) method, this method is one of selecting or making decisions with the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the negative or furthest ideal solution. In selecting the performance of pulp raw material suppliers, the strongest supplier was obtained, namely PT. RP gets a value of 0.8007 with a percentage of 48.6%, for suppliers PT. KS with a value of 0.5235 with a percentage of 31.8% and PT. SPS with a rating of 0.3205 gets a percentage of 19.4%.
