Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of pai teachers in implementing the imtaq and mutual cooperation dimensions in elementary school and to determine the supporting and hibiting factors. This research uses qualitive descriptive research methods. The data collection techniques are obtained from interviews and observations. Researcher have done this in SDN kebon agung 1. The result of this research shows that the role of PAI teachers in implementing the dimension of imtaq and mutual cooperation in elementary school includes as a counselor, role model, collaborator and motivator. Supporting factors for the implementation of Pancasila Student Profile include adequate facilities, human resources of teacher, support from class teacher and another subject teacher. The inhibiting factors are the attitude of the students and unsupportive environment.
